Richard Dolton, a Chartered Surveyor has founded The Richard Dolton Property Consultancy after almost 40 years of Estate Agency, Letting, Property Management, Surveys and Valuations in the Rame Peninsula, Torpoint, South East Cornwall and Plymouth. (PL10, PL11 & PL12 and the surrounding districts)

Having seen what buyers and sellers need, the aim for Consultancy is to use this vast knowledge of property matters to help owners, vendors and purchasers with all aspects of property whether it is advice on value or a building’s condition, to the potential to extend or modernise.

We have the experience and access to resolve most building issues and can tailor our service to your need whether it is a one-off report to full project supervision. We have access to Structural Engineers, Architectural design, Concrete Screening and Energy Performance (EPC) reports as well as our approved local Builders, Plumbers, Electricians, Decorators and even Carpet Layers!
